Project Name: virtuatables
Status: Experimental (Use it at your own risk!)
Last Version: 0.1
Requirements: php4 (host) and netcat (guest)
Download: vserver_virtuatables-0.1.tar.gz

  • Server Side Installation (host server)
You must have php (4 or later) installed (cgi version).

    • Copy virtuatables to the host server.
    • Edit virtuatables.php.
      • Change $DEF_VSERVER_INFO_BIN to match your path to /usr/sbin/vserver-info
      • Change $localport to the port you want the daemon to listen.
      • Start the daemon with:
        PHP_BINARY virtuatables.php.

PP: PHP_BINARY should be replaced by the path and name of your php binary (php, php4, php4-cgi, etc)
  • Client Side Installation (guest server)
    • Copy iptables.sh to a guest server (vserver).
    • Edit iptables.sh

      • change the variable IPTABLES_SERVER_IP to match the IP of your host server.
      • change IPTABLES_SERVER_PORT to match localport defined in virtuatables.php.
    • chmod +x iptables.sh
    • Make your first try:
      sh iptables.sh -L -n

Since this is the first (and experimental) version, there are probrably some bugs. Waiting for feedbacks so we can improve it and get it stable. Feel free to post here.
